Pros

Company Culture - Having a diverse group of people to work with I believe enhances ROI and KPIs. Working for a company that prides itself on diversity is part of my end game and LTI got it SO RIGHT! Work/Life Balance - Excellent benefits, strong/competitive compensation package, hybrid options available, HR/ People Development exhibit inclusivity and recognize milestones, while management awards and acknowledges large and small wins.

Cons

As I have only been at LTI for 1 month, I can honestly say at this time no Cons.

Pros

Working here has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Even though it’s a small company, the projects we take on have a massive impact — and you really feel like your work matters. The leadership team is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in both the company’s growth and each employee’s personal development. There’s a real sense of collaboration, and everyone’s ideas are valued, no matter your role or title. The pace is fast, but in the best way — you’re constantly learning, solving meaningful challenges, and seeing the direct results of your effort. Plus, the culture strikes a great balance between professionalism and fun.

Cons

Because it’s a smaller company, you sometimes wear multiple hats — but that’s also part of what makes it so engaging and dynamic.

Pros

There are so many opportunities to learn new skills and expand your knowledge base. It's a great opportunity for those who are new to the workplace to begin their careers because you're exposed to so many different parts of the company. I had the opportunity to work with various parts of the leadership, including the CEO, and she, especially, was incredibly collaborative and supportive. I had a wonderful time working here.

Cons

Because it's a small company, you're sometimes asked to wear a ton of different hats. While this is great to learn and grow, it does become a bit hard to manage and because of this, communication can sometimes break down.
