1. Horrible management
2. Being treated like a part timer while we clock in 40 hours per week, no paid leave (be it annual leave, sick leave, and etc.)
3. Does not build up people. It tears down people. I have anxiety because they're too strict on us.
4. Demanding and never listens. Top management thinks that they're better than us and unwilling to listen.
5. Poor communication with its overseas counterpart. We're being manhandled by an agency here and our salary was delayed for TWO WHOLE WEEKS!
6. Asking interpreters to attend to training and meeting outside of working hours.
7. Promised by the overseas counterpart that our schedule is flexible. However, it is as rigid as stone.
