      Pros

      Great technology team / leadership focused on patient-centric development. That's about it unfortunately.

      Cons

      1. Constantly dealing with the legal process, royalties/payouts/loses increasing. 2. Poor Senior Management team - if you really look at this team, the CEO has no experience with a company like this or in this market. The Finance VP is outmatched against stronger peers and the company is in a constant flux of turnover (Poor HR Management). 3 Strikes.... 3. The talent does not exist today to take the company public, so the only exit strategy is acquisition by a larger entity.

      Pros

      Many employees still embody the "can-do" attitude that made Lanx a great place to work. Internal and external customer satisfaction was a priority, and still is a priority with many individuals.

      Cons

      With so many changes as a result of the acquisition by Biomet, and now by Zimmer, much of that "can-do" attitude was lost to a "we don't do it that way" attitude (with very little knowledge of why).
