Better compensation, since it is a startup.
Cons
- There is not a clear guideline and value statement in the company. - Most of the project managers are not good in communication and planning. They entitle themselves to not recognize your contribution and take credit of your work which is not ethical. - lots of people with big ego working in this company. - Overall, not recommended specifically if you have consultants company background.
