      You get to meet some amazing people and hear about their glory days.

      The management is horrible. There's no communication and everyone expects you to know what rules are changing for the 10th time that week.

      Good pay, interesting patients to work with.

      Cons

      Apathetic co workers. Fellow employees not working to capacity. Poor intake personelle not accepting appropriate pts. Food quality for meals an issue. Could use updated medical and adaptive equipment.
