Pros
I started with Large Tutoring in 2019 when I began my grad program. My first chat with Clinton was at a cafe and it was chill and friendly. As one of the first tutors in the company, I am always happy to see how far Large Tutoring has come. The work time is up to you and the client, and most clients you get paired up with want to have continuing lessons, so you know you need to be on the top of your game, hold yourself accountable, and build meaningful connections with your students. Although tutors don’t work at a physical location together, Clinton managed to host gathering to bring the team together and to learn from each other. From just 4 of us back in 2019 to the size now, Clinton has been an effective CEO and led by example, and it was an honour to have worked with the team during my studies.
Cons
When I started there, the company just started and small, so I would appreciate if there was more training. Hopefully with its growth now, current and future tutors are more prepared.
