No work-life balance. Constant pressure to work on evenings, weekends and even vacation (which is only two weeks per year).
Cofounder would get upset easily and slam doors, cabinets, etc. I often felt very uncomfortable in the office.

Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate the work you did at a difficult time for us, when survival of the company was in question. Fortunately, we made it through to a much better stage of the company (in part with help from you). I'm sorry that your experience was not the best, and I take responsibility for that.
As the cofounder referenced in this email, I admit there were times of high stress back then that I did not necessarily handle the best. However I do want to clarify that the incident you were referring to was a one-time occurrence, and has never happened since then. My apologies for making you uncomfortable, and thank you for the feedback, which helped me focus my self-improvement.

Healthcare industry is a slow-moving industry. Company growth has been slowed by the healthcare industry cycle. But for any deeply meaningful work, it's worth the wait.
