      great team, committed to the mission. management treats everyone with respect. group has a great sense of humor. selfless and nonjudgemental approach to helping teammates succeed and learn. respect for work-life balance.

      workload exceeds the number of people. feedback checkins with boss are infrequent, though they prioritize them. HR is disorganized.

      Cons

      Healthcare industry is a slow-moving industry. Company growth has been slowed by the healthcare industry cycle. But for any deeply meaningful work, it's worth the wait.
