      Pros

      - Great learning work environment, you are encouraged to try new things and learn skills for your continued growth. - They care about their employees and provide good benefits. For example, helping employees to build ergonomic offices during the pandemic when they transitioned to WFH full-time. - The Lark team is a wonderful group of people, and I enjoy going to the team activities that are planned! Team dinners, soccer club, running club, rock climbing meetups and boardgames.

      -Parking is limited, but there is street parking

      Cons

      Healthcare industry is a slow-moving industry. Company growth has been slowed by the healthcare industry cycle. But for any deeply meaningful work, it's worth the wait.

      - tech debt is out of control - no clear direction. I don’t trust the CEO and CTO’s judgement - layoffs upon layoffs - sinking ship
