Engineering org is borderline dysfunctional. Those at the top of the Engineering org say that every task is “easy” which creates unrealistic expectations on team output. This makes its way to the bottom of the chain, where developers will get their opinions on estimations overridden during planning and standup. While not verbally encouraged, working long hours is the norm and you will get a special shout out for "being available at all hours day and night” during the Monday morning scrum.
