      Not organized no communication let the whole civil department go out of nowhere. Be prepared to be let go.

      Pros

      Decent pay, decent benefits, small community of employees that you can get along with easily. Quick on the job learning.

      Cons

      If you begin to feel unsupported in your role, no one has consideration for you and will continue to over work you. High pressure deadlines that require self learning. Small community of employees also brings high probability of workplace gossip, best to stay away from it.
