There were no positive about Larus Technologies.

Toxic work environment due to a poor team lead for Total Perception. Larus pays the bare minimum through hiring international workers and students. Very poor middle management that only seeks to make themselves look good to senior management.

Might be an ok experience for those in senior management

Most of the staff has low English proficiency Disorganized management Total Perception was terribly disorganised, most because of a team lead only interested in making himself look good to management Deceptive description of what the company is; it's actually a military contractor
