I have a great schedule With the hours I would like- I like working a bit longer than usual and I’m able to do that. We have a great team of people that love working with each other! We have fun, listen to music, have pizza parties, it’s a great balance of work and fun. It’s easy to speak to each other when feeling stressed

Obviously working with clients that hesitate can be frustrating but you can always take a minute to walk away from the phone if you need it. Other than that there’s no cons

LBMD is progressive, organized, and I really love the leadership. In my position, there is no shortage of opportunity to earn if you can build relationships.

Sometimes the work hours can feel long, but they are customer focused.
