Pros
Absolutely none except for free parking.
Cons
During the interview they will sell you on a bunch of “perks” that are bs. The gym they brag about during the interview consist of two treadmills, one bike, one elliptical and a few weights. These machines are at least 15 years old, refurbished and all broken. You share the gym with physio patients so needless to say, machines are hardly available. So basically, no gym. They will tell you that you get free treatments, but they don’t tell you during the interview that it only applies if company meets their monthly goal, which they never do so again, basically, no free treatments. Let’s not even discuss the extended health benefit package, absolutely ridiculous. Management is absolutely delusional. The turnover rate is the worst ever. At least one person quits a week. Management pressures staff to write fake positive reviews and tells them to ask their family and friends to do the same. Injections and other treatments are stored in the same fridge as employee’s lunches which is definitely against code. They pride themselves in holding back departing employees final pay as a way of control and just simply horrible. They don’t seem to understand or don’t care that an employer cannot without your pay, regardless. But of course they play by their own rules. Someone needs to report this company to the Ministry of Labour.
