Pros
Strong technical teams. The technical groups are the highlight, consisting of smart, driven colleagues who collaborate well and genuinely want to contribute to the company’s success.
Cons
US-centric and non-transparent. Global offices are treated as afterthoughts. Decision-making is strictly top-down; only senior management and high-level sales have a voice, while talented individual contributors are ignored. Expect constant pushbacks for approvals, yet major changes are decided overnight with zero visibility or communication until you ask. Raises are rarely given unless you beg for them multiple times & even then you won't get it, and commission plans are unclear. Career progression is nearly non-existent due to an overly flat structure. Management is only there because of tenure not because they know what they are doing.
