Pros

Some bright coworkers being sucked up in the abyss of what they call a tech firm.

Cons

Company culture cannot get worse than this. They are constantly recruiting new college grads since employees are continuously streaming out the door. Since this company does not value their employees and treat them as assets, there is definitely a revolving door phenomenon that demoralizes the work force. The technology is at least five years behind current document management practices and rehiring and retraining new grads for experienced-level jobs is hindering progress of said technology. It is telling that it's Recruitment Department is larger than its HR Department. If you are looking for a job, pass over this opportunity, you are better off waiting to catch a bigger fish and land in a more stable environment. Management and leadership are a mess here and the entire company structure is built to advance/promote very select-few with personal interests. Furthermore, even long-term executives are not safe from the practice of demotions. Food looks great in the videos, but receives a solid "D" in person, "F" being completely inedible.

Pros

working at Laserfiche has been a fantastic experience. I'm not even kidding. From the moment I started, everyone was just so helpful and the whole team is super collaborative. The work itself is challenging, but in a good way, and it feels like what we do actually makes a difference for our customers. If you're looking for a good company that's smart and actually cares about its employees, you should totally check out Laserfiche.

Cons

Things change fast and project shift midflight because technology changes. You got to be adaptable and ready to change or be completely disappointed. Work loads can vary greatly. There is a heavy focus on security. Sometimes you have to work on legacy systems.

Pros

Decent work-life balance and benefits Hybrid work (although jobs could be done fully remote)

Cons

Low trust in employees’ ability to do their job. Upper management and executives set expectations that just make the job more difficult especially when flexibility to work with multiple time zones are a must.
