Pros
I love working with a collaborative team. We can laugh and have fun but still get the job done! Employee training and development is a huge focus - better than anything I've seen at previous companies.
Cons
Location a little rural. 20 minutes from Philadelphia airport, commutable from NJ, DE, MD, PA but only a handful of lunch options.
