      Good pay, Decent work load awesome department with some hilarious personalities

      Cons

      Not enough time off we work pretty much 7 12s to cover for missing mechanic roles

      Pros

      Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

      Cons

      Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
