Pros

You will be able to put your hands on interesting projects

Cons

You will work (almost always) overtime, management is really bad, developer is not trusted and this lead to situation that became hard to handle. Low salary and required high commitment. Paycheck increment really hard to have. Really bad work life balance and pressure for no reason. Toxic environment
