      -Flexibility & WLB (because there’s pretty much no push from the top)

      Cons

      -Incompetent and uninspiring leaders -Incompetent HR and RMG (this function needs to be automated and downsized) -Mentality to act as a staffing company rather than a product company like their competitors

      If you are working with Top client - Projects are good, you apply Advanced Analytics and have good work life balance.

      Cons

      Difficult to get ratings based on how much business you bring. It's a gray area.
