Pros
There is nothing good to say
Cons
Nothing is transparent. Employees are kept in the dark and given false promises. These are a bunch of crooks!
I got a permanent offer from Latitude and was told that I will be deployed at a leading bank in Brisbane. But, I did not know until the day before starting that I was getting sub-contracted to this bank (i.e. the bank wasn't a client of Latitude. The client was another outsourcing company).
10% of the agreed salary was promised to be paid every six months as a bonus in full. But after about 2 months of joining, employees were compelled to sign an addendum, imposing condition on the bonus component. The bonus payment was also delayed.
The HR has most of the time shown apathy towards employee concerns. And also, it's delusive and incompetent in handling administrative issues.
The worst part is although I signed a permanent employment agreement with Latitude, I got a termination notice as my current contract with the bank ends. The management kept giving assurance about continuity in team meetings, when job security was questioned. They lied about having more clients.
So, be aware of this scam. Know what you are getting into.
