Pros
Good training course, you get paid while attending the training and uniform is free. You get discounted tickets to destinations but that's not always the case (staff travel from Vienna to destinations such as Germany or anything that is within 900ish km is more expensive than a regular ticket)
Cons
Low base salary company puts a lot of pressure in you, especially if you are a senior cabin crew Only 7.2 euros per flight hour No bonuses or financial help in any case Nothing is free anymore as soon as you start working. If you need a new uniform you pay for it and return it at the end of your contract
