- They take annual leave day for Christmas even though the company does not have operations on this holiday - if you are sick too many times for their standard they are threatening you with termination of the contract - allowance for uniform, ID, parking etc. is so low that it cannot even cover one of these things let alone all of them - abusive supervisors - they care only about sales, if you sell enough you are protected - untouchable people on higher positions - you are just a number - no extra bonuses (not for Christmas, not for anything else) - too many working hours, mostly everyone is exhausted
