Pros
Made some of my best friends at 321Launch. Taught me how to be fast, efficient, and you get in this flow when the pipeline runs really beautifully. I like that they respected the booking system, and had time and a half OT after 7pm and on weekends. That felt fair.
Cons
Sometimes the work isn't portfolio worthy, because it's mostly pre-vis. That being said, the company is always in favor of developing new techniques, and it is a pretty cool niche i didn't know about before working there.
