Pros
The CEO and COO are open to feedback and kind. Our CEO is also always available when you need him. I enjoy speaking to my coworkers and think we have a great team! We're growing at a fast rate which opens the door for potential career growth. My members are nice and a part of the job is to create relationships with them. I enjoy meeting with new people and making friends, so this is something I love about the job.
Cons
You do have to be in office every day as a director, it's important to be onsite so this is not a hybrid role. I don't necessarily consider it a con in my instance, but I can see how others may want something more flexible in that manner. You have to be comfortable with sales for this role. It isn't all just chatting it up with members and ordering more coffee. You have to focus on the CRM, follow ups, and retaining members. Again, not really a negative for me but important to note.
