Not a week goes by that I don't directly see the positive impact of the work we do at LaunchCode reflected in the joy and gratitude of someone whose life we've changed. Our leader is the most supportive person I've ever worked for, and the teamwork here is incredible - people all pitch in to get things done. Everyone is super kind and scary smart.
