Very disheartening experience - Assistant Manager Laura Ashley Employee Review

Bad management, lots of internal bullying with a dodgy HR department. Alot of managers (including the regionals) are very cliquey and nasty. The pay is bad, especially for everything your expected to do and all the company/product knowledge you need to know off by heart.
