Pros
Happy workplace. I had good time with some of my colleagues.
Cons
Not having a good and fair manager. Manager does not give good schedule usually. Really low salary. Manager told me after 3 months they are going to increase the salary but after 3month she told me that will not going to happen. They also had lots of pressure on sales associates by putting high targets which hardly could catch them. Even if you could catch, they would tell you why you didn't sell enough items (2 or more)
