Pros

Flexible Shifts (with Good Management): When management is supportive, you can enjoy flexible shifts and good hours, which allows for better work-life balance. Positive Management Experience: With the right manager, the work environment is fair and unbiased. A good manager listens to staff and provides a positive, supportive atmosphere. Skill Development: Working at Laura provides opportunities to build customer service, sales, and teamwork skills, all of which are valuable in retail and beyond. Employee Discounts: Access to discounts on stylish apparel is a nice perk, especially if you enjoy fashion. Friendly Team Environment: Retail jobs often involve working closely with coworkers, which can foster a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere.

Cons

Low Pay: The salary is relatively low, which might not be ideal if you're looking for competitive compensation. No Commission Without Meeting Targets: Lack of commission unless sales targets are met means there may be limited earning potential even with strong individual performance. Unequal Shift Distribution: Shifts can be given based on favoritism, as some managers allocate more hours to employees they prefer, which can create an unfair work environment. Inconsistent Management: While some managers are fair and supportive, the quality of the work experience heavily depends on who is in charge, making consistency an issue. Limited Advancement Opportunities: Retail roles often have limited upward mobility, which can be frustrating if you’re looking to grow or develop within the company.

Pros

Theyre responsible with the payments

Cons

What They offer It’s really different to what the company is. They’re really rude With employees, they are a company that changes staff all the time, they carry out mass layoffs without justification, the company is governed under a PCOS that does not help patients they only care about the money. They don't see people, they don't have ethics. Since you start they have you in the process with the risk of dismissal, the pressure of the bosses is very uncomfortable although the work is simple. If you are looking for something permanent, this is not your place
