Probably just the incentives, but I think they've ruined that, too, now. When I worked there, I used to receive incentives based on sales and clienteling, but then they introduced "win together," which essentially means that you don't receive anything until the store meets its target. store discount (50% off) It's a good experience to gain in retail, because you going to learn a lot.
