If you are looking for a role in an company where mental intimidation and bullying is rife and given a blind eye, where physical intimidation is commonplace, where experts are hired and not listened to, where support, training and appraisals are non-existent, where staff on sick leave are dismissed, where the atmosphere in the office can be likened to a morgue, and all the while attempts to motivate the staff can be described as amateurish at best. If this sounds like the company for you, then good luck, you are going to need it.
