      We are still small team so sometimes it’s a struggle when someone calls in sick or is on holiday but we are greatly supported by others within the company.

      Pros

      The senior management are willing to listen to your ideas and opinions, if they agree they will incorporate them. The hours are not too strenuous. Wages reflect experience and workload. Training to enhance your skill set is offered.

      Cons

      Distance between head office and warehouse can lead to a feeling of distance between the teams. We don't get to know our counterparts as we never mingle en-masse
