Intimidating environment - Teacher Laurus Trust Employee Review

It is an intense environment where I was made to feel intimidated and incompetent, with very little respect and support. The trust does a lot of CPD on Rosenshine's principles of instruction - one of them is about avoiding cognitive overload. This is ironic as they spend each and every cognitively overloading staff and students with far too much work and information.
