Felt like a Cult - Support Staff Laurus Trust Employee Review

The departments in each school that's I dealt with felt cult-like. The more senior the staff member, the more pronounced it seemed. The senior staff expect too much of the teachers. The difference between the support and teaching staff general treatment and professional development is huge. There is almost no development for most of the Support Staff. My managers were completely unsuited, untrained and inexperienced with my role to support me in my specific work.
