      Lautrec have good working conditions and good benefits. Management is going the extra mile to ensure employees remain healthy during the pandemic.

      Pros

      The leasing agent career isn't a high paying one by any stretch. Lautrec pays high average at least.

      Cons

      NO PERKS. NONE AT ALL. They waste a ton of paper too. Fairly dead end. No real training - dive in figure it out or fall off the vine.
