      Pros

      The leasing agent career isn't a high paying one by any stretch. Lautrec pays high average at least.

      Cons

      NO PERKS. NONE AT ALL. They waste a ton of paper too. Fairly dead end. No real training - dive in figure it out or fall off the vine.

      Pros

      They really want you to succeed and are very willing to help you do well. 401K after a year, great coworkers, beautiful workplace, residents are nice.

      Cons

      Stressful environment and their systems and organizations need work. You might be hired in to fix some things that aren't working well for them right now. Felt like I was doing leasing, administrative work, and property management assistance all at once.
