      - Everyone there is a pleasure to work with - Plenty of room to grow and learn - You're treated with respect regardless of your level of experience or knowledge - Mistakes are genuinely taken as learning points rather than punishment or embarrassment

      Cons

      - Sometimes communication can break down due to projects developing over time but even this is seeing improvement
