Good environment! Hands on training, manager training, love working for lava! I get whatever day I need off, it’s an easy going place! Regulars are nice

Drunk people are mean and scary

Free bowling if they want to let you bowl. Half priced meals while working, but you don't get breaks to eat.

Overworked and underpaid.... pretty much the same story as every service job. Regardless of skills or credentials, there is no negotiating pay. Management disrespects their subordinates and there are no organizational skills throughout the chain of command. They owners don't care about the employees, 100% greed based business model. The only position worth having is bartender. I don't know if I can stress this point enough.
