Pros
Great leadership, tons of opportunity. You will be asked to do a lot of things, but they will all be important and you're given flexibility in how stuff gets done (NOT a micromanagement culture). You see companies that try to get stuff done at any cost, and then you companies (like LawGeex) that treat customers and employees well to grow a healthy and sustainable business. Every day is a new challenge, but I truly enjoy coming to work each morning.
Cons
Relatively early stage (also can be a pro), typical smaller startup growing pains (wearing lots of hats, benefits still getting put into place)
