Pros? There are absolutely no Pros of working here. Salaries are not paid on time infact not paid at all at times. The Management is rude , ill mannered and highly prejudiced. It's almost impossible to find any kind of Pros .

1. Management is rude, ill mannered, inane 2. Salary not paid at times 3. Unjustified and non-transparent bonus criteria 4. Highly paternalistic mindset of the senior management. 5. Employees are treated worse than peons in the organization. 6. False calls are made to clients and they are told lies to lure them to pay money.

Management gave me huge opportunity to learn new areas of law, legal research and legal marketing. They supported me and helped me whenever I had any problems.

They are still a relatively small team so they follow a flat organization structure and expect you to learn things fast.
