      Pros

      Good location and pay can be good for some staff.

      Cons

      Worked 7 days a week and got zero credit. In fact I was asked to work even more hours!! Some very unhappy people can be found at LAWPRO. Some senior management are extremely uncaring and against say some basic human values. No work life balance.

      Great co-workers, 4 weeks vacation to start, decent benefits & staff party

      Cons

      ZERO room for growth. Management is awful. Metrics and performance goals are not shared with you unless they are telling you that you aren't meeting them. Someone is constantly watching over your shoulder, they do not trust you to do anything on your own. Pay is not enough for the amount of work expected of you.
