I honestly have zero complaint with tenure I had in the organization from an intern to a business systems analyst.

Friendly, interactive work environment. Great colleagues and co-workers. Hands on CEO and ownership family.

Minimal training by non interactive supervisor. No collaboration or team spirit. Concerns, issues, and ideas ignored by management. Transferred shortly after hiring by productive and supportive supervisor to toxic boss without warning or advisement. Zero actions to motivate employees. Perfect example of “Peter Principle” exhibited by supervisor. Designated as scapegoat for failure of others.
