      Pros

      I worked at Layam as a fresher. It was a good place to gain experience. However, there was no opportunity for improvement.

      Cons

      I think the night shift is very bad at Layam. It is difficult to work late at night, and the hours are very long.

      They will make you work and eat 50% of your salary. Increment it’s vey less. 6 days working. No perks and holidays
