employees are like family and have great work ethic flexible work/life balance

ownership is out of touch owner too involved in small tasks/decisions causing employees to be handcuffed in their job responsibilities has grown to bigger company and need to adopt some big company protocols no real marketing need uniform branding don't allow for much growth pay is very low, especially for industry standards
