Vacation time is limited your first year and they need to offer more after first year.

The only pro was its work from home

Terrible communication, lack of response from upper management, CEO has no clue what is going on within the company and upper management has a lack of insurance background. They treat the AMs terribly & hold bonuses over their heads and then change the metrics.
