Pros
Great teamwork within team and external teams, lots of entertainment and food provided during mega campaign, daily snacks and fruits also provided, salary is above the average, generous for bonus and other benefit if you have great performance, no of leave is above the average but they don't follow government's additional leave.
Cons
Just like any other start ups/fast-paced company, directions are changing a lot. Sometimes just lost in the middle creating some inefficiency in many aspects. Definitely no work-life balance, 1 person can be responsible for 4 person's job. Centralized structure creating a lot of non sense decision / initiatives that don't suit to the market.
