Pros
Exposure to impressive client base, ability to learn (albeit out of necessity due to lack of staff) a wide variety of skills on-the-fly.
Cons
Very high turnover rate, frequently understaffed, lack of company culture and work-life balance, long hours without proper recognition or compensation, lack of access to resources needed to produce quality work (art, editorial, SEO - these should be outsourced to freelancers, not cobbled together by junior staff), not a lot of room for professional growth, rather low pay given industry standards, and relies heavily on micromanagement.
