We get overtime every week.
Cons
Benefits are bare minimum. If that. They violate HIPAA policies and laws. Because I went part time for three months. I didn't get my 80 hours vacation from 40. I had to start over as year 1!! They count your 40 hours vacation also as you sick pay hours you're supposed to get by California law. Which technically isn't illegal but it's CHEAP and not good for people work work 10 -12 hours a day. A lot of the time it'll be 6 days a week and we work outdoors in the element. They froze all due raises during pandemic. Much much more.
