I've been working at Lazorpoint for the past 3 years, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. Every single day presents a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn. Whether it's troubleshooting across different client environments, working with remote desktops and virtual machines, or diving deep into Microsoft-based technologies. The variety of work keeps things exciting. No two days are the same, and you're constantly exposed to different systems, users, and business models. It's a great place to build a well-rounded skill set and sharpen your problem-solving abilities. The culture encourages continuous learning and collaboration. You're not just solving tickets, you're growing as an engineer. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced, technically diverse environments and enjoys being challenged daily, this is a great place to be.

Cons

The company does skew younger, so the culture can feel very Gen Z at times. While it's a friendly and casual environment, communication styles or slang may not be everyone's cup of tea, especially if you’re used to a more traditional workplace setting.

Pros

Lazorpoint has provided a great hands on environment where I have been able to learn a large array of skills as they relate to administrating and managing business and enterprise IT environments. I've always learned best by doing, and at Lazorpoint there is no shortage of opportunities for you to take ownership of a process, ticket or issue and learn hands on. And if there is something you have interest in learning, I guarantee there is someone internally you can reach out to who would be more than happy to teach you the ropes. Also, I think everyone meshes very well and we promote a very solid team experience. Working with my team is honestly one of my highlights.

Cons

If you prefer to work alone this might not be the fit for you. Lazorpoint takes pride in personal ownership, but we are very team driven and we all lean on each other for support when needed.
