Pros

- flexible PTO - my direct peers became some of my most amazing friends - learned a lot. had the opportunity to pick brains from every department - office location - the dog friendly office.dogs.everywhere. The only reason why I worked here so long was because of my peers. The different department teams here are pretty close knit which is awesome. It's mainly that they all agree on one thing - the culture is completely chaotic.

Cons

- POLITICS. If you aren't the type of person to obsess over your manager or the ceo, kiss their feet, etc, don't work here. Lots of fake people - Huge separation between senior management and associates/lower level employees. It's quite sad how noticeable it is. Pay doesn't meet performance unless you come in as an exec. - Lack of direction, process, decision making, and attention in the right areas - Senior management has been saying the same things will happen since I started yet nothing happens (i worked here for about a couple years) - They rush projects to get them pushed out however the design is often done poorly and sloppy, thus creating a terrible customer experience. - They repeatedly asked us all to write 5 star positive Glassdoor reviews because they were so low once. They probably still ask the company do it.

Pros

Coworkers were the best thing there (the only reason i stayed for that long) and the pot lucks that we had once in a awhile. Also the work hours(start time to be exact)

Cons

The managers were horrible. We had an issue at the warehouse where managers would deny vacation time, even after saying they would approve it in advance, only for them to not athletics it and not tell the associate about it until 2 days before the requested days. Managers were paying big favoritism and it was so obvious everyone started talking about it. Managers would come in and just talk in the office all day and not check on the work floorn̈only time they did was when they come out to gossip with the workers that they favored. Managers were always pushing everyone to hit ridiculous numbers and would call OT at the last minute of the shift before it was time to clock out. Manners git complaints everyday but did nothing about it. It was so bad, the entire HR team put in their notice and quit on the same day. Also if managers did not like you, everyone in the warehouse will know about it. Managers were immature.
